Road crashes kill 2 motorcyclists in Dhaka, Dhamrai

Two people were killed and another person injured in separate road accidents in Dhaka and Dhamrai on Saturday.
In Dhaka, a young motorcyclist was killed losing control at Shanir Akhra of Jatrabari.
The deceased was identified as Parvez, 28, son of Hasan.
Confirming the news, KM Azizul Haque, sub-inspector of Jatrabari Police Station, said Parvez lost control of his motorcycle while returning home from Narayanganj at 3:00 am.
Locals took the injured to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where duty doctor declared him dead.
In Dhamrai, another motorcyclist was killed being rammed by a passenger bus in Kachmoch area.
He was identified as Alauddin Sheikh, 28, son of Amin Sheikh, hailing from Rajbari.
According to locals, the passenger bus hit the motorcycle on Dhaka-Aricha highway at 11:00 am, leaving him dead on the spot.
Dipak Chandra Saha, officer-in-charge (OC) of Dhamrai Police Station, confirmed the matter.
