Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Munaz Ahmed Noor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University (BDU) on Tuesday night expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of the Naren Das, Secretary of the Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. He was also syndicate member of the University.

Professor Munaz prayed for eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to the bereaved family members.

Naren Das died from Covid-19 at 7:15pm on Tuesday at the intensive care unit (ICU) of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU).
