Gas supply in some areas of the capital will remain suspended from 8:00am to 8.00pm on Sunday due to relocation works of gas pipelines.

The areas are Shaheed Taj Uddin Avenue, Banani, Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka Cantonment Residential Area, East Nakhalpara and its adjoining areas.

Engineer Md Selim, Deputy General Manager of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd, said, “The company will work on pipeline relocation and resettling gas line connections from Mohakhali bus stoppage to Banani Railway Station during this time.”
