Police on Friday recovered the decomposed body of a woman from the World University alley of Panthapath in the capital.

The deceased was identified as Momena Begum, hailing from Sherpur district.

A man was arrested on suspicion of his involvement in the murder after seeing CCTV footage and being interrogated, police sources said.
