The Mirpur branch of Regent Hospital has been sealed off by Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) on charge of various allegations.

According to media report, a mobile court of RAB led by Executive Magistrate Sarwar Alam conducted a drive and sealed off the hospital around 4:30pm.

Before today’s drive in the hospital at Mirpur, all the patients numbering 22 of the hospital were transferred to other hospitals, the executive magistrate informed journalist in the evening.

The RAB personnel continued their drive until 5:30pm.

There are various allegations against the management of the hospital.

They are allegedly issuing fake Covid-19 test certificates and charging extra money to treat coronavirus patients.
