Executive Magistrate of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Sarwoer Alam and his wife have caught COVID-19.

Sarwoer confirmed the matter through a status posted on his verified Facebook page on Saturday.

He also urged everyone to pray for them.

His wife has been admitted to the coronavirus unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) and he is taking treatment by staying in isolation at home, he said.

However, both of their children have tested negative for Covid-19.
