Coronavirus: Global death toll climbs to 340,261

The coronavirus (Covid-19) death toll has climbed to 340,261 worldwide till Saturday.

 

A total of  53,20,834 people have been infected and 21,69,572 people have recovered worldwide from the disease, according to latest data from worldometer.

 

A total of 213 countries and territories and two international conveyances have been infected in the deadly disease.

 

Here are some worse affected countries:

 

In USA, 16,45,353 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 97,647 people have died and 403,201 people have recovered.

 

In Italy, 228,658 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 32,616 people have died and 136,720 people have recovered.

 

In Spain, 281,904 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 28,628 have died and 196,958 people have recovered.

 

In France, 182,219 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 28,289 patients have died and 64,209 patients have recovered.

 

In UK, 254,195 people have been infected from coronavirus. Of them, 36,393 patients have died.

 

In China, 82,971 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 4,634 people have died and 78,258 have recovered.

 

In India, 125,149 people have been affected with coronavirus. Of them, 3,728 people have died and 51,824 people have recovered from the disease.

 

In Bangladesh, 32,078 people have been infected with coronavirus, Of them, 452 people died and 6,486 patients have recovered.

 

In Indonesia, 20,796 people have been infected from the disease. Of them, 1,326 people have died and 5,057 have recovered.

 

In Iran, 131,652 people have been infected in the coronavirus. Of them, 7,300 patients have died and 102,276 people have recovered from the disease.
