The government has a plan to set up a 3000-bed corona hospital at Mohakhali DNCC market.

The construction work of the DNCC market was completed in 2013, but it could not start its functioning due to impediment of the businessmen.    

Sources said the hospital will be prepared very soon there, if everything goes well.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has confirmed that discussions are going on with the authorities of the large hospitals across the country to tackle the coronavirus, now an epidemic in the world.
