The Dhaka Medical College authorities on Wednesday announced to shut the educational institution from March 18 to March 31.

Confirming the news, Professor Dr Khan Abul Kalam Azad, principal of the college said, the decision was made at an emergency meeting on Wednesday noon.

He said, college holidays have been announced till March 31 for those students who are doing MBBS in the college. Besides, all offices of the college will remain open during this period.
