Bangladesh High Commissioner to India visits Bangabandhu's mausoleum

Muhammad Imran, High Commissioner of Bangladesh to India visited the mausoleum of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Tungipara, Gopalganj Friday morning.
On behalf of the officers and members of staff of the High Commission, he paid tribute to the Father of the Nation and put floral wreaths at the mausoleum.
He observed a moment of silence and a special prayer was offered for the eternal peace of Bangabandhu and members of his family who sacrificed their lives on 15 August 1975.
The High Commissioner also signed the visitor's book. He also visited the museum and other landmarks at the complex.
Local dignitaries and officials from the District and Upazilla administration were present.
