Former Senior Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division Md Eunusur Rahman has been elected new chairman of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The premier bourse in a media release on Monday said he had been elected at a meeting of the board of directors.

Earlier, he worked as a contractual advisor at the Business Finance for Poor in Bangladesh (BFPB) project.
