All the branches of scheduled banks and Financial Institutions (FIs) will remain closed on Saturday for the election of Dhaka north and south city corporations, according to a circular of Bangladesh Bank (BB).

The branches of the commercial banks and FIs at Dhaka north and south city corporations will remain closed to enable bank officials and employees to cast their votes in the election.
