New elected MP Moslemuddin hospitalised

The newly elected lawmaker of Chattogram-08 constituency Moslemuddin Ahmed has been hospitalised in city’s Max Hospital on midnight last night with cardiac complications.

General Manager of the hospital Ranjan Prasad Dasgupta told BSS that Moslemuddin was admitted in hospital with high blood pressure and cardiac pain in chest and is now feeling better following the instant Medicare services provided by the hospital to him.

Hospital sources said the specialist physicians are taking care of the lawmaker. Party sources said after returning from Lohagara civic condolence meeting of former military secretary Major General Jainul Abedin, Moslemuddin fell sick.

It is mentionable that Moslemuddin has been elected member parliament in the by-election held on January 13 last following death of MP Mainuddin Khan Badal of Boalkhali constituency.
