Rapid Action Battailon (RAB) arrested two people along with 10,000 kg of illegal polythene in a raid at Mohammadpur Bus Stand area in the capital on Tuesday morning.

The identities of the arrestees could not be known immediately.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of law enforcers conducted the drive and arrested them with illegal polythene from the area this morning, RAB-2 sources said.

Law enforcers also seized a covered van while it was being used to carry polythene.
