State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism Mahbub Ali on Saturday directed the officials of Biman Bangladesh Airlines to enhance the quality of in-flight services, reports UNB.
He came up with directive during a sudden visit to Biman Bangladesh Catering Centre and several parked flights at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.“All the local and foreign passengers of Biman are our guests. There should be no flaw in serving them,” the state minister said.
He also directed Biman officials to ensure the purity of foods provided for the passengers as well as staff of Biman.
“There should be no compromise with quality services for passengers,” Mahbub said, adding that no organisation can go forward without passenger satisfaction.
