Intex South Asia exhibition ends

Two days long Intex South Asia exhibition with the participation of ten countries ended on Sunday in the city with a high hope as the garment industry has achieved their desired success.

Minister for Textiles & Jute, Golam Dastagir Gazi inaugurated the exhibition which began on November 17.

The two-day fair connected buyers from Bangladesh and other South Asian countries to network with quality suppliers.

 Yarns, Apparel Fabrics, Denim Fabrics, Clothing Accessories and Allied Services, Dyes & Chemicals showcased at Intex South Asia 2019, the biggest international apparel textile sourcing show in the South Asian region.

While Inaugurating the expo, Golam Dastagir Gazi said,” The exhibition will create a good relationship with Bangladeshi garments traders with other businesses in South Asian region. Such exhibitions and gatherings of buyers and sellers should be organised every year to expand the country's textile business.”

Indian Deputy High CommissionerBishwadip Dey was present in the event as special guest. BTMA presient Mohammed Ali Khokon, BKMEA 1st Vice President  Mohammed Hatem, IBCCI President Abdul Matlub Ahmad and Worldex India Managing Director Rajesh Bhagat were present in the programme.
