Renowned Rabindra Sangeet exponent Rezwana Choudhury Bannya will receive the Distinguished Indian Council for Cultural Relation (ICCR) Alumni award 2019 on Friday.

Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre authorities will hand over the award to Rezwana Choudhury Bannya at a ceremony to be held at main auditorium of Bangladesh National Museum at Shahbagh in the capital.

Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Riva Ganguly Das will be present at the award presentation ceremony and hand over the award to the renowned Rabindra Sangeet singer.

The event -- ICCR Scholar's Evening and Award Giving Ceremony-- will start at 6:30 pm tomorrow (November 15).
