Try to keep yourself hydrated. Drink lots of water. Don’t resist yourself from eating those delicacies but have an extra glass of water over it. Try to have at least eight glasses of water a day. Make a routine to have four glasses of water in the morning and four in the evening, especially before stepping out of the house, reports The Statesman.
Keep yourself moisturizedTry to keep your skin moisturised. Stick to a mild cleanser and moisturizer will ensure freshness and keep the skin clean and healthy. One can apply it twice a day – once in the morning after taking a shower and then before going to bed.
