FIFA President Gianni Infantino is expected to visit Bangladesh on October 16.

He may reach Dhaka on Wednesday evening responding to an invitation, made by Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) authorities.

BFF general secretary Abu Nayeem Sohag confirmed this to media on Friday.

Abu Nayeem Sohag said, “Previously, we invited the FIFA President to visit our country. He has responded to our call. He is expected to reach Dhaka in a one-day official visit to Bangladesh on October 16. Later, he will leave Dhaka next day (October 17).  BFF authorities will inform the details about the FIFA President’s visit to Bangladesh arranging a press conference soon, he added.
