Disney shares more details about new Walt Disney World hotel

Disney has delighted fans by revealing more details about the brand new hotel coming to Walt Disney World .

Reflections: A Disney Lakeside Lodge was announced at the D23 Expo last year, although the company didn't reveal too much except that it would be nature-themed and located on the shore of Bay Lake.

However at this year's D23 Expo Bob Chapek, Chairman of Parks, Experiences and Products, revealed more of what will be on offer for guests and it's already making us want to go.

For a start, the rooms at the hotel are sure to be pretty swanky. There will be two types of rooms on offer; waterfront cabins and luxury treehouse rooms.

Think wooden lodges, cosy interiors and heaps of beautiful landscape.

Basically, ideal for guests who want a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and with some beautiful views of Bay Lake.

Speaking of views, Reflections will boast a lakeside restaurant inspired by The Princess and the Frog!

As for the general theme, the hotel will be "drawing inspiration from the wonders of nature and artistry of Walt Disney".

Reflections: A Disney Lakeside Lodge will be open to guests wanting to stay for their holidays, but it will also be part of the Disney Vacation Club time-share offering.

You'll have to wait a little longer to check it all out for yourself, as it's not due to open until 2022.
