Police recovered the body of a woman from Sabdi Alisardi area of Bandar upazial in Narayanganj on Monday night.
The deceased was identified as Barsha Akter, 23, wife of Nayan Mia.
Quoting relatives, police said locals spotted the body of Barsha in her bedroom at 10:00 pm and informed the police.Confirming the news, Rafiqul Islam, officer-in-charge (OC) of Bandar Police Station, said that police arrested Barsha’s husband for interrogation in this connection.
A case will be filed with the police station, he said.
