Emerging Women’s Cricket: Bangladesh to play South Africa on Tuesday

Bangladesh Emerging Women’s Cricket team (A Team) will start their campaign in South Africa taking on hosts Emerging Women’s team in the first match of three-match one-day series at Groenkloof Oval in Pretoria on Tuesday.

The match will start at 1:30 pm (BdST).
 
The 2nd string Bangladesh Women’s Cricket team will play their 2nd one-day match on July 25 and the 3rd one-day on July 28 at the same venue and same time. 

Visiting Bangladesh Women’s team will also play a three-match T20 series against the Proteas Women’s on July 28, August 1 and 4, at the Mandela Oval in Hammanskraal at 5 pm (BdST).

Earlier, a 14-member Bangladesh Emerging Women’s Cricket team accompanied by its head coach Anju Jain reached South Africa on Friday (July 19) to play a three-match one-day and three-match T20 series against the hosts Proteas women’s team. 

Bangladesh Emerging Women’s Cricket team: Nigar Sultana (Captain), Shaila Sharmin, Sharmin Sultana, Nahida Akter, Murshida Khatun Happy, Fariha Islam Trisna, Sobhana Mostary, Ritu Moni, Khadija Tul Kubra, Sanjida Islam, Fahima Khatun, Nuzhat Tasnia, Suraiya Azmim, and Sharmin Akter Supta.
