Safa Kabir apologises for her controversial remark on afterlife

Safa Kabir begged apology for her controversial remark on afterlife in her verified Facebook fan page on Tuesday afternoon.

Apologising to the almighty creator, she wrote, “I have begged pardon to the most gracious creator for my fault. He is the most merciful and forgiving. He will definitely pardon me.”

She also apologized to her fans and followers.

“I didn’t make the remark for hurting anyone’s belief. If anyone is hurt by my words, I am sorry for this and asking for forgiveness to all,” She added.

On April, 14, model and TV artist Safa Kabir attended a programme in a private radio station marking the celebration of Pahela Boishakh. She spoke about her religious belief there.

“I don’t believe in the life after death. In fact, I don’t have faith in what I don’t see.” She told on the radio programme.

Her comment created a huge controversy in the social media realm of the country.
