ACI Rice Business arranged Chef Conference (Baburchi Sommelon) on 25th February at ACI Center, Tejgaon, Dhaka, a press release said.
More than 200 renowned chefs from Dhaka participated in the event.
ACI took the initiative to recognize the contribution of the chefs who are shaping up an emerging cooking industry in Bangladesh.
In response to the chefs’ desires, ACI reinstated their commitment to stay by them for creating a formal platform for this industry.
Usage of Chinigura rice in delicious cuisines, food quality & safety, nutrition and decoration of food platters were discussed in the conference.
Syed Alamgir, Managing Director, ACI Consumer Brands, inaugurated the event. Among others Anup Kumar Saha, Business Director, A S M Faizullah, Business Manager, Abanti Kumar Sarker, General Manager, Rahat Ali Patwary, National Sales Manager and reputed Dealers were present. Mohammad Sohrab Hossain, Secretary of Baburchi Association Dhaka addressed the vote of thanks.
