Tigers restrict West Indies to 198 despite Hope ton

Tigers restricted West Indies to 198 for 9 despite a magnificent back to back hundred by Shai Hope in the third and final game of the three-match ODI series at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium Friday.

Hope scored 108 off 131 hammering nine fours and one six. If he had some support, West Indies might have easily got to 250, but it was pretty much a solo show.

Hope and Paul were on crease, scoring 81 runs of 104 balls and 1 run of 9 balls. Extras has played a fine innings yet again for WI with 3rd top score of 16.

Bnagladesh spinner Mehedy hasan Miraz took four wickets conceding 29 runs in 10 overs. Both Shakib and Mashrafe picked two wickets each while Saifuddin took one for the tigers.

Earlier, Bangladesh captain Mashrafe sent West Indies to bat first after winning the toss.
