Dhallywood actress Apu Biswas hosted a superhero-themed birthday party for her son Joy at Elite Restaurant of Gulshan in the capital on Thursday evening.

Despite having been invited by his estranged wife Apu Biswas, Shakib Khan, a Dhallywood heartthrob and father of the little boy, did not attend the birthday bash.

Abram Khan Joy, the son of celebrity couple Shakib Khan and Apu Biswas, turned three on September 27.

A large number of celebrities attended the birthday party and showered love upon the little boy with birthday wishes.

Joy is one of the most popular star kids in Dhallywood and netizens hardly get his adorable pictures on social media.

The two superstars tied the knot in 2008, but kept it secret until April this year.

Later, Apu appeared on a live television interview with their son Joy.
