A mobile court in a drive destroyed the chimneys of two illegal brick-kilns in Sadarpur upazila of Faridpur district on Sunday.

Acting on a tip off, Executive Magistrate Mondip Ghorai with the help of Assistant Director of Environment Directorate Sayeed Anowar conducted the raid in Majumdar Bari area under Shaildubi union of the upazila, reports BSS.

After inspection they found that the two brick-kilns owned by one Ekhlasuddin Ahmed were running illegally. Later, they bulldozed the two chimneys of the brick-kilns.
