Police arrested Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) vice-president Rezaul Kabir Pal from Jinjira area of Keranigonj on Friday morning.

Tipped off, a team of police conducted a drive in the area and arrested Rezaul from in front of Kalachand Plaza while he was going to Dhaka around 7 am, said officer-in-charge of Keraniganj Model Police station Ferdous Hossain.

He was wanted in five cases filed with Keraniganj Model Police Station, he said.
