Ex-minister Dipu Moni undergoes medical check-up at DMCH

Former minister and Awami League Joint General Secretary Dr Dipu Moni underwent a medical check-up at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Friday after being brought there from jail for an initial health assessment.

A team of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) brought her to the hospital at around 11:45am for necessary medical examinations. She was taken back to jail under police escort at around 12:15pm, Detective Branch (DB) Inspector Nasir Uddin Sarker said.
