Over 1,500 professionals join NCP in capital

Over 1,500 people from different professions and walks of life joined the National Citizen Party (NCP) during a formal ceremony held at the National Press Club in the capital on Friday.

The new entrants include teachers, doctors, engineers, lawyers and businessmen, the party announced in a Facebook post.

NCP’s Dhaka North and South units organised the joining ceremony.

Present at the event were: Spokesperson Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain, Chief Organiser for northern region Sarjis Alam, Senior Joint Convener Ariful Islam Adib, Joint Convener Ali Ahsan Zonaed, and Joint Member Secretary Shahrin Era.
