Tarique Rahman to visit Shafiqur, Nahid Sunday

BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman will visit the residences of Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Shafiqur Rahman and National Citizen Party (NCP) Convener Nahid Islam on Sunday night.

According to the BNP Media Cell, Tarique will visit the Jamaat Ameer’s residence at 7pm and later meet Nahid Islam at his residence at 8pm.

The courtesy visits are aimed at promoting a positive political culture in the country and maintaining cordial relations among political parties and different stakeholders.

The BNP Media Cell further said that as part of efforts to establish constructive politics, Tarique Rahman is keen to maintain friendly relations with leaders of different political parties.
