BNP Joint Secretary General and candidate for Mymensingh-1 constituency, Syed Emran Saleh Prince, has said that if elected, he would work to ensure the rights of farmers, workers, fishermen, day laborers, small ethnic communities, and neglected people.

He made these remarks on Thursday at separate election rallies held in Swadeshi Union in Haluaghat upazila of Mymensingh in the afternoon; at Boroitala and Ali Shah Bazar of Norail Union in the evening; as well as Majhiail of Dhara Union at night.

At these rallies, the BNP-nominated candidate said that the people of Haluaghat and Dhobaura have long been deprived of development. Dilapidated roads, problems in border areas, lack of fair prices for agricultural products, and shortage of employment are the daily sufferings of people in this region. If BNP comes to power, priority-based initiatives will be taken to permanently resolve these problems.

He further said that under the leadership of Tarique Rahman, BNP wants to build a humane, production-oriented, and employment-based Bangladesh. Through initiatives such as farmer cards, family cards, new employment opportunities for youths, and social security for marginalized communities, people will regain the right to live with dignity, he noted.

Syed Emran Saleh Prince said that voting for the sheaf of paddy symbol means voting for “justice, development, and the establishment of people’s rights.” If the people of Haluaghat–Dhobaura elect him, he will stand in Parliament as the voice of this region and prove their trust through actions, not just words. He also called on people to vote for the sheaf of paddy symbol to change their destiny.

Leaders and activists of local BNP and its affiliated organizations, supporters, and a large number of general people were present at the rallies.
