Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited to hold 4th AGM

Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited will hold its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 9 March at Dhaka Club Ltd, the club announced in an official notice issued on Wednesday.

According to the notice, the AGM will discuss and approve several important agenda items, including the confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM and the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) 2025.

Members will also review and adopt the annual report, audited financial statements, and auditors’ report for the financial year from 1 July, 2024 to 30 June, 2025.

Other agenda items include the appointment of auditors and fixation of their remuneration, discussion on matters approved by the Board of Directors, and the election of directors.
