Bashundhara PHC Pile, 18 pile driving cos sign MoU to boost construction collaboration

Bashundhara PHC Pile, a concern of Safwan Bashundhara Global (SBG), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 18 leading PHC pile driving companies to strengthen strategic collaboration in foundation and construction solutions.

The MoU was signed at a formal ceremony held on Thursday evening at ICCB Heritage Restaurant in the capital. 
The initiative marks a significant step by SBG to enhance cooperation across the foundation and construction sector, with a focus on improving quality, efficiency and reliability in PHC pile applications nationwide.

The signing ceremony was graced by KM Zahid Uddin, deputy managing director of Bashundhara ReadyMix & Construction Industries Ltd (BRMCIL), SBG and Shahid Hasan Lynn, senior executive director of East West Property Development (Pvt) Ltd, highlighting the strategic importance of the partnership and SBG’s integrated approach to construction and development.

Senior SBG officials including Md Enamul Islam, head of sales, PHC Pile and PC Wall, and Shakeb Kamal Ahmed, general manager, brand and marketing, cement, real estates and construction materials, were also present at the event. 

Representatives and authorised signatories from the partnering PHC pile driving companies attended the ceremony as well.

The MoU was signed on behalf of Safwan Bashundhara Global by KM Zahid Uddin, while the respective agreements were executed by the owners or authorised representatives of the 18 PHC pile driving companies.

Under the agreement, the parties will work closely in the supply, installation and maintenance of high-quality PHC pile solutions in line with international standards and industry best practices. 

The collaboration is expected to enhance coordination, ensure technical excellence and support timely project execution in major infrastructure, industrial and real estate developments across the country. The ceremony concluded on an optimistic note, with all stakeholders expressing a shared commitment to innovation, quality assurance and long-term growth in Bangladesh’s construction industry under the leadership of Safwan Bashundhara Global.
