GM Quader, Akhtar unable to cast votes in their constituencies

Since the start of voting in the 13th National Parliamentary Election and referendum, most candidates have been able to exercise their voting rights at their respective centers. 

However, Jatiya Party Chairman GM Quader and National Citizen Party (NCP) General Secretary Akhtar Hossain have been unable to vote in their own constituencies. 

The issue has arisen because both are registered voters in Dhaka.

GM Quader is contesting as the Jatiya Party candidate from Rangpur-3 (Metropolitan-Sadar) constituency, while Akhtar Hossain is contesting as the candidate of the 11-party electoral alliance from Rangpur-4 (Kaunia-Pirgacha) constituency.
