Bangladesh, Pakistan vow strong bilateral ties

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humaiun Kobir and High Commissioner of Pakistan to Bangladesh Imran Haider held a meeting at the former’s office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday afternoon.

The high commissioner congratulated the state minister on assuming the office. He recalled their previous meetings as adviser to the prime minister, said a press release.

MCCI, Pakistan envoy discuss enhancing bilateral trade

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to further collaborate to strengthen the Bangladesh–Pakistan bilateral relationship, including in trade and investment, education, health, connectivity and people-to-people contacts.

They also exchanged views on enhancing regional and international cooperation.
