Saudi ambassador condoles death of expats in Riyadh fire

Saudi Ambassador Dr Abdullah bin Zafer Al Abiyah called on Foreign Minister Dr Khalilur Rahman on Thursday and discussed issues of mutual interest.

During the meeting, the Saudi envoy expressed his deep condolences over the tragic death of Bangladeshi nationals in the recent fire incident in Riyadh. The Foreign Minister conveyed his appreciation for the support and facilitation extended by the Saudi authorities in identifying the deceased and in making arrangements for the repatriation of the mortal remains.

Foreign Adviser to the Prime Minister Humaiun Kobir was also present at the meeting.
