Air chief attends PACS 26

Chief of Air Staff of the Bangladesh Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, visited the United States from 11 to 15 May at the invitation of Pacific Air Forces Commander Kevin B Schneider.

During the visit, the Bangladesh Air chief took part in the “2026 Pacific Air Chiefs Symposium (PACS 26)” held in Honolulu, Hawaii, according to an Inter-Services Public Relations press release issued on Tuesday.

The symposium centred on networking and information-sharing among air forces across the Indo-Pacific region.

Senior air force officials and representatives from different countries attended the event and exchanged views on strengthening professional cooperation and regional engagement.

The visit would help deepen the existing friendly relations between Bangladesh and the United States and expand mutual cooperation in the professional sector, the ISPR said.
