INSTRUCTIONS
1.    Add to blender in order: milk, yogurt, banana, strawberries, sweetener (if using), and ice.

3.    Taste and adjust:
•    Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick.
•    Add more strawberries or banana if it’s too thin.

4.    Serve immediately, chilled, in a glass or to-go cup.

INGREDIENTS
Serves 1–2
•    1 to 1½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled)
•    1 banana (adds natural sweetness and creaminess)
•    ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
•    ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based such as almond, oat, or soy)
•    1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
•    A few ice cubes (optional, especially if using fresh berries)

OPTIONAL ADD-INS
•    A handful of spinach (for a green nutrient boost)
•    1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed (for added fiber)
•    1 scoop protein powder (to make it a meal replacement)
•    ¼ tsp vanilla extract (for a flavor lift)
