Heritage Kebab and Restaurant Introduces ‘Naga Beef Khichuri’

Heritage Kebab and Restaurant has introduced a new menu item, 'Naga Beef Khichuri', aiming to offer diners a distinctive blend of traditional Bangladeshi flavours and spicy cuisine.

The dish was officially launched at the restaurant in Bashundhara Residential Area on Sunday in the presence of journalists from various media outlets and restaurant officials.

Speaking at the event, Mehedi Hasan Molla, Deputy Manager of the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), said the newly introduced dish features a unique flavour profile that sets it apart from similar offerings.

"We have added a new item to our menu, and customers can now enjoy Naga Beef Khichuri here. Its flavour and taste are different from other dishes, and we maintain high standards in preparing every meal," he said.

Responding to a question about why customers should choose their Naga Beef Khichuri when similar dishes are available elsewhere, Molla said the restaurant specialises in traditional Bangladeshi cuisine.

"Our kitchen, food quality, taste and restaurant environment reflect our commitment to maintaining our brand value. Food lovers will appreciate the difference," he added.

In a press release, the restaurant said the new menu item was developed under its commitment to promoting the authentic taste of Bengal.

According to the statement, the dish is prepared using premium-quality beef, authentic Naga chillies, locally sourced aromatic spices and a traditional slow-cooking method. High-quality rice, lentils, pure mustard oil and pickle are also used to create its distinctive spicy flavour.

The restaurant believes the dish will offer a new culinary experience for spice lovers and enthusiasts of traditional Bangladeshi food.
