Pakistani travel and tourism companies are participating in the Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair in the capital from 29–31 October.
Pakistan High Commissioner Imran Haider attended the
opening ceremony. Nurun Nahar Chowdhury, secretary of the Ministry of Aviation
and Tourism was the chief guest, said a press release.
Speaking on this occasion, the high commissioner
noted that people to people exchanges are crucial to enhance bilateral
relations between the two brotherly nations.
He inaugurated the Pakistan Pavilion at the fair,
inviting visitors to explore the vast tourism potential Pakistan has to offer.
Participating Pakistani companies are showcasing
rich opportunities for tourists who are interested in breathtaking landscapes,
unique culture, exquisite cuisine, and excellent medical treatment.
