Christensen, Millat explore US support for Bangladesh’s aviation sector

US Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent T Christensen congratulated Minister Millat on his recent appointment as Minister of Civil Aviation and Tourism.

During a meeting, they discussed the role of Boeing aircraft and US airport security technology in supporting the expansion of Bangladesh’s civil aviation and tourism sector, according to a statement on Wednesday (16 September).

The discussions focused on strengthening the vital sector, which contributes to Bangladesh’s economy through air connectivity, tourism and related activities.
