Future-oriented laws key to moving Bangladesh forward: US envoy

Future-oriented legislation will play an important role in taking Bangladesh forward, US Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent Christensen has said.
He made the remarks during a discussion with a bipartisan American caucus.
In a social media post on Monday, Ambassador Christensen thanked the caucus members for a lively and productive discussion.
“Future-oriented legislation is the key to moving Bangladesh forward,” he said, adding, “I look forward to more discussions ahead.”
