“Japan Festival 2026” was celebrated with a grand event on Friday evening at the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the capital, highlighting the longstanding cultural and friendly ties between Bangladesh and Japan.
The Embassy of Japan organised the festival in collaboration with the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy.
Cultural Affairs Minister Nitai Roy Chowdhury attended the event as the chief guest. In his address, he recalled the deep-rooted and friendly relationship between the two countries.
