Equity Platinum Centre handed over to owners in Ctg

The formal handover ceremony of Equity Platinum Centre, a 10-storey commercial building on CDA Avenue in Chattogram city’s Muradpur area, was held recently.

Developed by Equity Property Management Ltd, the building has been designed exclusively for commercial use, with a range of facilities for businesses and office spaces.

The ceremony was attended by landowner and Commercial Building Owners' Association President M Tofazzal Haque, the association's Secretary Dr Mohammad Monir Uddin, space owners and their family members.

Equity Chairman Kazi Ainul Haque, Managing Director Kazi Akib Ahmed, other directors and the building's architect U Thein Yin were also present.

The building features a full glass facade, two modern lifts, central air conditioning system, an electrical metering system, emergency power backup, CCTV surveillance and a modern fire safety system.

It also has semi-basement parking facilities and technical support for its operation and maintenance, officials said.
