upay rewards three distributor partners with Umrah packages

upay, the mobile financial service (MFS) provider of UCB Fintech Company Limited, a subsidiary of United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB), has awarded Umrah packages to three of its distributor partners under the ‘Shopner Umrah 2026’ campaign, recognising their contributions and offering them the opportunity to fulfil their aspiration of performing the holy Umrah.

The campaign, held from July to September, was organised to recognise the dedication, hard work and contributions of upay's distributor partners, who play an important role in expanding access to digital financial services across Bangladesh, according to a press release.

The three winners were Md Abu Salim Raza and Md Abu Musa from Bogura, and Md Tanbir Hassan from Jashore.

The winners were honoured at a ceremony held at upay's corporate office in Dhaka, where representatives of the company congratulated them and extended their best wishes for their upcoming Umrah pilgrimage.

The ‘Shopner Umrah 2026’ campaign reflected upay's appreciation for its distributor partners and their continued contributions to the company's growth. Beyond recognising their professional achievements, the initiative offered them an opportunity to fulfil a meaningful personal aspiration.
