Finding a home or a buyer in Bangladesh often means scrolling through informal groups, calling agents one by one, or posting the same notice in several places. Property64 has entered that space as a dedicated online marketplace, aiming to bring sale and rent listings, and also make contact between buyers, renters and sellers more easily.
www.property64.com, the platform is built for users who want
to buy, sell and rent properties across Bangladesh. Sellers can add property
listings, buyers and renters can search and then reach the seller by phone,
WhatsApp or chat on the site.
Listings cover both sale and rent. Property types include
land, apartments, houses, commercial properties, ready businesses, hostel and
mess accommodations, sublets and related options.
In practice, that means the same platform can serve someone
looking for a flat for sale, an apartment for rent, land for sale, commercial
property for rent, ready businesses for sale, sublet or room rent, or hostel
and mess rent as well as similar searches in Bangladesh.
Trust is another focus. On each listing, sellers are asked
to clearly mention their role, such as property owner, property delegate,
agent, agency, developer or real estate company.
That identity is shown with the property so users know who
they are dealing with before they make a call or send a message.
Property64 has also added “Smart Request” for buyers and
renters. They can submit requirements, sellers get notified when a request fits
what they have and can follow up.
Alongside listings, the site hosts a community section where
users can share asks, opinions and experiences about the property market.
Dewan Sohan, CEO and founder of Property64.com, said: “We
built Property64 to be modern, easy, and futuristic, so adding a property and
finding one feels simple, fast, and built for the next generation of Bangladesh’s
real estate market.”
