Safwan Bashundhara Global (SBG) has partnered with Grameenphone Limited to offer exclusive dining and lifestyle benefits to GPStar customers across several brands under its Food Chain Proprietorship & Venture (FCPV).

The partnership will allow GPStar customers to enjoy a 10% discount on food prices at Cafe Leo, Sunflower, Wing Stop BD, Lola Catering and Toggi Toys.

The benefit will also be available at C&C (Court & Cavas) and Food District, two upcoming signature venues of the SBG business concern.

Representatives of the two organisations shared the details at the MoU signing ceremony held at 3:30pm on Monday at the SBG headquarters in capital’s Bashundhara Residential Area.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mohammad Shareef Mahmood Khan, head of sales and distribution at Grameenphone Ltd, and Mirza Mujahidul Islam, chief operating officer of SBG.

Mohammed Tariqul Islam Tareq, general manager of SBG, was also present along with senior officials from both organisations.

On behalf of SBG, Mirza Mujahidul Islam and Mohammed Tariqul Islam Tareq signed the MoU, while Munia Ghani, head of partnership at Grameenphone Ltd, signed on behalf of Grameenphone.

Besides the 10% discount, Signature Star customers will receive complimentary soft drinks at participating Food Chain Proprietorship & Venture outlets.

Mirza Mujahidul Islam said he was pleased to partner with Grameenphone, describing the collaboration as an opportunity to offer customers greater value and improved experiences.

"We are delighted to partner with a trusted and innovative organisation like Grameenphone. Through this collaboration, we believe we will be able to offer our customers more value-added services, special benefits and modern digital experiences," he said.

On behalf of Grameenphone, Mohammad Shareef Mahmood Khan said the partnership with SBG would add new value to the lives of GPStar customers.

"We are constantly working to understand our customers' needs and expectations, and create more opportunities that add value to their daily lives. Through our partnership with FCPV, we are pleased to introduce more special lifestyle benefits for our GPStar customers," he said.

He added that Grameenphone would continue working with different organisations to introduce new and attractive benefits aimed at making customers' daily lives easier and more rewarding.

The two organisations said the partnership would focus on improving customer service, expanding digital convenience and creating innovative experiences.

They also expressed hope that the collaboration would open new opportunities in Bangladesh's food and service sector, and set a new milestone in customer service, digital innovation and long-term business cooperation.
