Pubali Bank opens new sub-branch in Uttara

Pubali Bank PLC has opened a new sub-branch in Uttara Sector 12, taking its nationwide sub-branch network to 285 as it expands its reach to customers.
Managing Director Mohammad Ali inaugurated the sub-branch at a ceremony attended by bank officials, local businesspeople and community representatives, according to a press release.
AKM Abdur Raqib, general manager and regional manager of Dhaka North Region, attended as special guest. Md Hafizur Rahman Sardar, manager of Sonargaon Janapath Branch and deputy general manager, presided over the programme.
Niger Sultana, manager of Dhanmondi Branch and deputy general manager, Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, assistant general manager and head of public relations, and Sharif Santu, president of Uttara Sector 12 Welfare Society, were also present.
Speaking at the event, Mohammad Ali said the new sub-branch would make banking services more accessible to residents and businesses in the area.
