Bashundhara Shuvosangho organised an awareness campaign and
discussion session promoting environment protection, anti-drug activities, and cyber
awareness at Dinajpur Government College on Wednesday.
Shuvosangho activists distributed awareness leaflets across
the campus, put up posters, staged cultural performances, and directly
interacted with students to raise awareness over the issues.
The discussion session was presided over by Arup Kumar Roy, president
of Bashundhara Shuvosangho Dinajpur Government College unit. Among others
present were the unit’s Vice Presidents Asadullah Asif, Pratab Chandra Roy, and
Shahriar Kabir.
Shuvosangho members called for planting trees to protect the environment, keeping
the campus clean, and ensuring online safety. They also discouraged the use of
plastic.
During the open dialogue session, students expressed their opinions and made
proposals on how awareness activities can be strengthened further in real life.
President Arup Kumar Roy said that such awareness programs will continue in
the future and Bashundhara Shuvosangho Dinajpur Government College branch will
work to build a drug-free, environmentally friendly, and safe society through
the active participation of students.
